以某矿用应急避难舱为研究对象,建立避难舱的参数化模型,在ANSYSWorkbench的优化设计模块下对避难舱承受爆炸压力时进行可靠性分析.确定材料属性、几何尺寸、载荷等不确定性变量对避难舱变形和受力的影响,求得避难舱等效应力的累积分布函数,确定了避难舱的工作可靠性,为避难舱的结构设计提供参考。
In order to study the reliability of refuge chamber under explosion, a parametric model was established in the ANSYS Workbench. Using designxplorer module, the random variables impact on refuge chamber, such as material properties, dimensions and load, were calculated. And the cumulative distribution function of stress and reliability of the chamber were obtained to provide reference for the design of refuge chamber.
