基于动网格技术和六自由度方程,通过求解三维N-S方程,针对某尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹,重点计算了来流马赫数为3.015条件下弹芯与弹托连续脱壳的全过程,得到了在动边界影响下的流场结构图.该模拟清晰地反映了弹芯、弹托二者相互作用下流场变化过程,结果表明:该弹对应的脱壳时间为4.5 ms左右.该仿真为了解脱壳穿甲弹的连续脱壳过程及新一代高效弹托设计打下了基础.
Based on the dynamic mesh technology and the 6-DOF equation,an armour piercing fin stabilized discarding sabot (APFSDS) was introduced to calculate the whole discarding-sabot process by calculating the N-S equation when the flow Mach number is 3. 015, and the flow structure was got under the influence of moving boundary. The simulation reflects that the changing process of flow field and the process is 4.5 ms,the simulation lays a good foundation for the discarding-sabot process and the design of new sabot.
