以某小口径自动武器拉壳钩为研究对象,在UG中建立三维模型,以ABAQUS为分析平台,运用扩展的有限元法对拉壳钩抽壳过程中裂纹的扩展乃至拉壳钩断裂进行有限元分析,并与试验结果相对比,验证了XFEM法在裂纹扩展中的可靠性,分析得到的应力强度因子和J积分与理论计算值吻合得很好,分析结果对拉壳钩的结构优化设计具有一定的参考价值。
The three-dimensional model is established in UG by taking the extractor of a certain small caliber automatic gun as study subject. Finite element analysis (FEA) of the crack propa- gation and extractor break during extracting process is carried out based on extended finite ele- ment method (XFEM) by taking ABAQUS as analysis platform. The reliability of XFEM is verified by comparing the analysis results with experimental results. The stress intensity factor and the J-integral obtained by FEA are in good agreement with the theoretical value, and the analysis results will provide a measure of reference for the optimal design of extractor.
