为了研究V型槽刻槽角度(θ)、刻槽长度(L)和刻槽深度(H)对半预制破片PELE(HF-PELE)弹丸毁伤性能的影响,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件数值模拟了HF-PELE弹丸侵彻4340均质钢靶过程。在分析V型槽刻槽角度对HF-PELE弹丸毁伤性能影响的基础上,以V型槽θ、L、H为变量,以破片径向速度为目标函数值,应用正交优化获得了HF-PELE弹丸V型槽结构参数的最优组合:θ=40°、L=8 mm、H=3.5 mm,此时,弹丸的破片最大径向速度最高,为161.82 m·s^-1。结果表明:在HF-PELE弹丸结构参数中,H对破片的最大径向速度影响最大,θ次之,L最小。
In order to study the influence of V-shaped cavity degree( θ),length( L) and depth( H) on the damage efficiency of half-premade fragmented Penetrator w ith Enhanced Lateral Efficiency( HF-PELE),numerical simulations of HF-PELE penetrating 4340 steel w ere carried out by AN SYS / LS-DYN A. Based on the influence of V-shaped cavity degree on damage efficiency of HF-PELE,the optimized structure parameters w ere acquired by orthogonal test w ith θ,L and H as variables and maximum radial velocity( v r,max) as the objective function: θ =40°,L = 8mm,H = 3. 5mm and v r,max= 161. 82 m·s^-1. R esults indicate that the V-shaped cavity depth makes a big difference on the damage efficiency of PELE,the V-shaped cavity degree follow s behind,and the V-shaped cavity length's is minimum.
