通过热重和X-射线衍射分析了凹凸棒土结构的变化,并采用单因数实验法分析了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、pH、用量及反应时间等因素。结果表明:在400℃煅烧1h、50g·L^-1用量和反应时间1h的工艺条件下处理未经调节pH的烟草薄片废水,能够达到COD去除率40.24%、色度去除率59.62%这一较为理想的效果。
The structural of palygorskite was studied by TG and X-ray diffraction. The calcination temperature, calcination time, pH, dosage, reaction time were discussed through single factor experiments. "l-he results indicated that the COD removal was 40.24% and color removal was 59.62% to treat the tobacco slice wasterwater without adjusting pH under the condition which were 400℃ calcination temperature, 1 h calcination time, 50 g·L^-1 dosagge and 1 h reaction time.
