为了有效地评价三峡库区高切坡的危险性,基于MAPGIS平台采用Visual Basic高级程序设计语言建立了高切坡危险性评价与灾害管理系统。以三峡库区巴东新城区公路岩质高切坡为例,根据岩质高切坡发育的特点考虑地形、水文、地质及构造等方面选取10类影响因素。在因素研究的基础上采用信息量模型开展了高切坡危险性评价,对评价结果的合理性进行了分析。结果表明,通过建立高切坡危险性评价与灾害管理系统可以提高高切坡工程信息管理和危险性评价的效率,为控制高切坡的灾害风险和防治工程的规划提供决策依据。
In order to effectively evaluate the hazard of high cut slope in the Three Gorges reservoir area, a hazard evaluation and management system of high cut slope was developed using Visual Basic program developing language based on MAPGIS platform. Taken the high cut rock slope on highway of Badong in the Three Gorges reservoir area on the Yangtze River for example, according to the development characteristics of high cut rock slope, ten influencing factors were selected considering from aspects of terrain, hydrology, geology and structure. On this basis, the hazard of high cut slope was evaluated by using information model, and the rationality of evaluation results was analyzed. It shows that the efficiency of engineering information management and hazard evaluation of high cut slope earl be improved by setting up the hazard evaluation and management system of high cut slope to offer the decision basis for eontrolling risk of high eut slope hazard and programming of prevention engineering.
