为了减少求解备件订购策略过程中使用边际效应的计算迭代次数,改进备件订购策略的优化过程,提出了分层、分组优化的方法。分层优化是指先计算不可再分部件的费效曲线,在此基础上计算其上级部件的费效曲线,直至获得整个装备的费效曲线。分组优化是指把装备分解结构中属于同一个分支的所有部件划分为一组,先计算该组的费效曲线,再将所有不同组的费效曲线合成,直至获得整个装备的费效曲线。在保持计算结果正确的前提下,减少了备件订购策略优化过程中的计算迭代次数,装备分解的部件数目越多,算法的作用越明显。研究结果表明:分层、分组优化的方法能在很大程度上减少计算时间,提高复杂装备备件订购问题的求解速度。
A group optimizing method was proposed,to cut down the iterative computation time for a reorder policy of multi-echelon spare parts and improve the optimizing efficiency.The cost-effective curves of the mimimal spare parts were calculated,and the cost-effective curves of parts of higher level obtained based on the curves of subordinate parts.All the parts were organized into different groups,each group being calculated separately.The cost-effective curve of the whole system can be obtained after the curves of all the groups are calculated.The method improves the processing efficiency,the more the parts the greater the efficiency.An example was presented at the end of the showing that while the system can be divided into many parts,the calculating time can be cut down greatly.
