Zhenfeng Rui was born in 1976. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in School of Mathematical Sciences in Dalian University of Technology. He is an associate professor in Dalian Naval Academy. His research interest focuses on operational research and fuzzy decision making. E-mail： ruizhenfeng@163.com Dengfeng Li was born in 1965. He earned the Ph.D. degree in Dalian University of Technology in 1995. Currently he is a professor and doctoral supervisor. His research interests include operational research analysis, decision making analysis, differential game and game theory as well as fuzzy system theory.
