随着在民用住宅区停车场建设的交流充电桩数量的增多,电动汽车充电对民用住宅区配电网的规划与建设的影响也在增大。讨论了不同电气特性的充电机在交流供电模式下的不同特性;对电动汽车充电机接入不同类型民用住宅小区进行仿真研究。通过对小区配电网谐波含量、三相不平衡度及电压偏差等电能质量指标的分析,对含电动汽车充电设备的民用小区供电方式进行了评价,并对电动汽车充电机的性能指标提出了要求。
With the increasing use of AC charging piles for electric vehicle in residential parking, the charge of electric vehicle will have more significant impacts on planning and operation of residential distribution system. The impacts of on-board charging devices of different electrical charecteristics with AC power supply were discussed. The electrical effects of electric vehicle charger access into three typical residential communities were simulated. By evaluating harmonic in residential distribution system, three-phase unbalance degree and voltage deviation, the power supply modes with electric vehicle charging devices in residential community were evaluated and possible performance standards of on-board charger were proposed.
