The relation between manufacturing industry and service industry has been changed from labor division to complementation and innovative integration; and the relation between these two industries is internally interactive taking demand and supply cycling, innovative cycling and coordinate development as the characteristics. And this relation can essentially promote the industrial transformation and economic development of China. We should, first, establish the service supporting system with perfect functions and improve the degree of integration between these two industries; second, we should cultivate and develop industrial clusters; third, we should further develop the high end of these two industries; fourth, we should accelerate the improvement of comprehensive competitiveness of such key areas as financial service industry, enhance the capacity for growth of emerging service industries and further improve the capacity for development of the service industry; and fifth, we should enhance the capacity for innovation in integrative development of these two industries and explore more pattern of integrative development.
