提出了一种将实时无功电价法和无功综合成本分摊法有机结合在一起的无功定价方法,即首先基于边际成本理论将无功生产成本分摊给电网的各条支路,然后基于潮流追踪法将分摊给各支路的无功生产成本分摊到使用该支路的各负荷,从而得到各负荷应承担的无功生产成本及相应的无功价格。该方法既能确保无功成本的收支平衡,又可提供相应的经济信号,因此弥补了实时无功电价法和无功综合成本分摊法的不足。仿真计算结果验证了该方法的可行性与合理性。
A reactive power pricing method that integrates two classical reactive power pricing methods, i.e., real-time reactive power pricing method and composite cost allocation method of reactive power, is proposed. Firstly, based on the theory of marginal cost the cost of reactive power is allocated to each branch in the power grid; secondly, based on power flow tracing the reactive cost that has been allocated to each branch is re-allocated to each load that uses this branch, thus the productive cost of reactive power that each load has to hold and corresponding price of reactive power are determined. The proposed method can ensure the balance between income and expenditure as well as can provide corresponding economic signal, thus the defects of two classical methods are remedied. The feasibility and reasonability of the proposed method are verified by simulation results.
