以青藏高原东缘43种石竹目植物种子为对象,在自然光照和遮阴两种实验处理下研究了光照对种子萌发能力的影响以及不同实验处理下种子萌发能力与种子大小的关系.结果显示:整体上,全光照下的萌发开始时间和萌发持续时间显著高于遮阴下的,光照强度对萌发率和萌发速率指数没有影响;科分类水平上,不同科内萌发参数对光照强度的响应存在一定差异;相对光萌发率与种子大小呈显著负相关关系.因此,遮阴使青藏高原43种石竹目植物种子萌发时间提前,萌发持续时间缩短;随着种子大小的增加,种子萌发对光照的依赖性逐渐降低;不同科内萌发参数对光照的响应存在一定差异,这与其系统发育史相关.
Under two treats of 100% natural sunlight (NS) and shade (only 3% NS), the effect of light on the germination ability and the relationship between germination ability and seed size of 43 caryophyllMes species on the eastern Qinghai-Tibet plateau was studies. In general, it was found that light had no effect on the germination percentage and germination index but, as to'first germination and germination period in 100% NS was significantly higher than these in shade. On family classification levels, there were some differences about the effect of light on germination parameters in different families. In addition, there was a significantly negative correlation between relative light germination and seed size. In general, shade advanced the germination time and reduced the germination period, and germination became less dependent on light with the increase in seed size. There were some differences about the effect of light on germination parameters in different families. This might be related to their phylogenetic history.
