英文摘要：

Objective：To select indicators to evaluate public medical institution＇s public interest from a societal viewpoint of governance.Methods：The Delphi method was employed.Result：The main evaluation indicators of public medical institution＇s public interest were selected by two-round of the Delphi method,and the primary evaluation system was established.Indicators covered services for public health,emergency treatment and governmental tasks,appropriateness of services and expenses,quality of services,evaluation by consumers and services efficiency.Conclusion：There were more consistencies among experts regarding to selection of evaluation indicators while there were disputations for several indicators.It will be tested and justified by further theoretical and empirical research.
