矢量数据压缩是地图综合研究的重点之一.以四川省南部县土地利用“二调”数据为例,研究了基于语义层次树及几何特征的大比例尺土地利用图缩编技术.按照制图规范,根据地类语义对现有图斑进行重分类并重新计算图斑面积,结合图斑几何和面积特征,在制图规范标准制约下对大比例尺地形图实施归并和综合处理.结果表明,与纯手工地图缩编相比,该方法精度较高、操作性强、效率更好,满足制图规范要求.
At present, map generalization was one of the hotpoints in cartography and related field. Map generalization could be divided into two types according to its data structure (called vector model or raster model). Due to the complex data structure and massive data storage,vector- map generalization was often regarded as the most important research. This paper investigated a novel method combined nominal type of landuse and geo- metric properties used to generalize the large - scale landuse map. The landuse map generation of Nanbu County in Sichuan Province was taken as a case study. The whole procedure could be described as followed:In accordance with the mapping specification, reclassified the current map according to the mapping specifications. Last recalculated the polygons' area, and took account of the geometry and area feature of the geological polygons, in ac- cordance with the mapping specifications, combined and integrated the large scale map. It was learnt from the result that as opposed to the pure manual map generalization, this method was more precise, more operable, more effective, and met the requirements of the cartographic specifications.
