针对高压大功率应用场合,将LLC谐振槽引入高频隔离三电平半桥(TLHB)双向直流变换器,提出一种新的拓扑结构.该拓扑具有LLC谐振和TLHB双向直流变换器的优点,可采用低耐压的开关器件,在全负载范围内实现了功率开关管的零电压开关(ZVS)和零电流开关(ZCS),从而提高了开关频率,降低了开关损耗,提高了工作效率.分析了TLHB LLC谐振双向直流变换器的工作原理,给出了谐振槽参数的设计方法,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性.
A novel bi-directional three-level half-bridge (TLHB) DC/DC converter with LLC resonant tank is proposed for high voltage and high power application.The converter combines the LLC resonant tank, which maintains merits as zero voltage switching(ZVS) for primary side main switches and zero current switching(ZCS) for secondary side diodes under wide range inputs,and the TLHB,in which low voltage switches are used.That constantly increases switch frequency and reduces loss and improves efficiency.Experimental results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.
