在双PWM变频器中,若能实时控制整流侧的输出电流紧紧跟随负载电流,达到快速平衡整流侧和负载侧功率,则中间直流环节的滤波电容储能(或释放)功率将很小,甚至为零,此时可采用极小容量的电容用于滤波,这样不仅减小了系统的体积,而且提高了系统的可靠性以及系统动态响应快速性.对前后两级变换器进行一体化控制,在采用电流前馈控制的基础上,把直流侧电容电流作为内环进行控制,并使电容电流为零,达到了上述控制之目的,仿真和实验结果均验证了所提出的控制策略的正确性和可行性.
If the inverter side DC-link current is made equal to the converter side DC-link current in a dual PWM converter system,in any case,DC filter capacitor current will be small,even zero;then,there is no charging and discharging constantly in capacitor.This leads to not only improve the system of control quickly,the system efficiency is greatly improved,but also make a large reduction in the size of DC-link capacitors.To achieve the purpose of the above control and to improve the speed of the current feedback,integrated control strategy is used in the dual PWM converter system;the load dynamic information feeds back at times to the net side rectifier voltage control;the simulation and experiment results verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
