在研究一种用于高压大功率能量变换场合的级联型H桥PWM整流器新拓扑结构的基础上,根据该拓扑电路的电压电流关系,建立了CHBR在平均意义下的数学模型,提出了基于二维调制理论的直流母线电压平衡控制策略.最后,通过MATLAB搭建了2级级联的系统仿真.结果表明,该方法能够快速地平衡级联整流级各H桥直流侧的电容电压,提高其直流侧的抗干扰能力,且能较好实现级联整流级系统的单位功率因数.
The research was based on a new cascade H-Bridge PWM rectifier topology. The average mathemati- cal model of the rectifier was established according to the topological relationship between voltage and current. Moreover, the DC bus voltage balancing strategies based on two-dimensional modulation was proposed. The re- suits of simulation indicate that this proposed strategy can balance the DC voltage of every module much better for a cascaded rectifier stage, improve its anti-disturbance ability and realize the unity power factor of a rectifi- er stage.
