应用电力电子变压器可以实现煤矿井下660V/127V的电压变换,作为照明电源使用。为了简化电力电子变压器的结构,降低电路损耗,文章介绍了一种新型的单级三相高频隔离的AC/DC变换器及其控制方法———采用一个功率变换级同时完成PWM整流及高频隔离DC/DC变换,并且通过软件仿真验证了该拓扑结构的可行性。最后,在此基础上完成了小功率电路的样机实验及相关结论分析。结果表明,该变换器可以应用于煤矿井下照明电源的设计中。
The electric and electronic transformers could be applied to realize the 660V/127V voltage conversion in an underground coal mine for the illumination power of the mine. In order to simplify the structure of the electric and electronic transformer and to reduce the loss of the electric circuit, the paper introduced a new single three phase high frequency isolated AC/DC converter and the control method. The power conversion grade could complete the PWM rectification and high frequency isolated AC/DC conversion the software simulation was verified the feasibility of the topology structure. Finally, base on the circumstances, the test of the small power circuit prototype and the related conclusion analysis were completed. The results showed that the converter could be applied to the design of the illumination power in underground mine.
