采用熔融急冷法制备了(100-x)Ge20Ga5Sb10S55-xAgCl(x=0,5,10,15,20mol%)系列硫卤玻璃,测试了样品的密度、从可见到中远红外的透过性能以及折射率参量,根据Z-扫描测试原理用钛宝石飞秒激光器测试了样品的三阶非线性特性随波长变化的特性.结果表明:非线性折射率n2和非线性吸收系数口随着波长的增加而增加,AgCl含量为20mol%的样品在800nm处的非线性折射率n2=1.581×10^-10esu,非线性吸收系数β=4.707cm/GW.与传统硫系玻璃相比,三阶非线性性能明显提高.
Nonlinear refractive index(n2 ), absorption coeffieient(β) are material figures of merit for ultrafast alloptical switch, n2 and β of GeS2-Ga2 S3-Sb2S3-AgC1 glass were measured by using Z-scan technique . The result shows GeS2-Ga2 S3-Sb2 S3-AgCl glass is characteristic with high value n2 (1. 581× 10^-10 esu), littleβ at 800 nm(β= 4. 707cm/GW). The nonlinearity is attributed to high polarization of cation in the glass.
