用熔融急冷法制备系列掺杂不同KBr含量且一定量Er3+浓度的Ge25Ga10S65硫卤玻璃,测试样品折射率、吸收光谱及近中红外荧光光谱。通过吸收光谱计算Er3+吸收谱线的振子强度,应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算分析Er3+在不同系列Ge25Ga10S65玻璃的强度参数(Ωi,i=2,4,6)和4I11/2能级的计算能级寿命(τc),并与测量能级寿命(τm)进行比较,研究其能级寿命的变化规律。结果表明:随着KBr浓度的增加,4I11/2的τc和τm均有所增加,τm=(6.61±0.19)ms,τc=10.82ms。研究样品玻璃中Er3+:4I11/2→4I13/2能级间跃迁过程中的多声子弛豫率(Wmp)跟KBr浓度之间的关系,结果表明:随着KBr浓度的增加,4I11/2→4I13/2能级间跃迁过程中的Wmp有所减小,为133~58/s。
A series of chalcogenide glasses based on a Ge25Ga10S65 system doped with different concentrations of KBr and constant Er3+ were synthesized by the melt-quenching technique.Refractive indexes,absorption spectra and near mid-infrared emission spectra were measured.Oscillation strength of absorption line of Er3+ was calculated according to the absorption spectra.Intensity parameters(Ωi,i = 2,4,6) and theoretical lifetimes(τc) of 4I11/2 energy level of Er3+ were calculated by employing the Judd-Ofelt theory.Comparison of the τc with the measured lifetimes(τm) reveals that both measured and theoretical lifetimes increase as the KBr concentrations increase,and the maximum τm and τc values are(6.61±0.19) ms and 10.82 ms.A decrease in multiphonon relaxation rates with addition of KBr is associated with an increase of 4I11/2→4I13/2 manifolds width of Er3+.The multiphonon relaxation rate(Wmp) was 133-58/s.
