目的分析和评价广州市花都区精神卫生服务管理情况。 方法以服务生命周期理论和管理成熟度理论为基础．提出服务战略、运营和改善3个层面和12个要素的精神卫生服务三维成熟度模型和评价指标体系，并用模糊综合算法计算广州市花都区精神卫生服务管理成熟度评价结果。结果广州市花都区精神卫生服务管理成熟度得分为2．5分。结论广州市花都区精神卫生管理成熟度处于可控制级别，研究方法具有推广价值。
英文摘要：
Objective To analyze and evaluate the mental health service management of Huadu District in Guangzhou City. Methods Base on servi~：e life c~yele theory and management nmturity theory, the 3D maturity model and assessment indicator system of mental health service management from 3 levels of service strategy, operations and improvements and 12 elements were proposed. The maturity evaluation results of mental heahh services management in Huadu District of Guangzhou City were ealeulated by fuzzy eomprehensive evaluation algorithm. Results The maturity score of mental heahh services nmnagement in Huadu District of Guangzhou City was 2.5 point. Conclusion The mental health services management maturity in Huadu District of Guangzhou City is in controlling level. The study method has a potential market value.
