利培酮对首发偏执型分裂症患者血糖及血脂代谢的影响

目的探讨利培酮对首发偏执型精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法 2009年1月~2012年1月入院给予利培酮治疗的首发偏执型精神分裂症患者169例,口服利培酮单药治疗8周后测定血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油浓度。结果经8周利培酮治疗后,①血糖水平没有变化(t=1.37,P=0.21),男女之间血糖变化无差异(t=1.55,P=0.41);②血胆固醇水平没有变化(t=1.02,P=0.39),男女之间血糖变化无差异(t=1.64,P=0.11);③患者总体上血三酰甘油变化无差异(t=1.28,P=0.27),但进一步将男女性别分组后发现,利培酮对于男女患者三酰甘油水平的影响存在显著差异(t=3.07,P=0.02),女性组患者三酰甘油水平无变化,男性患者组三酰甘油升高显著。结论利培酮急性治疗期对于首发偏执型分裂症患者空腹血糖水平及胆固醇无影响,但男性首发偏执型分裂症患者三酰甘油水平升高。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the side effects of Risperidone on the glucose and lipid metabolism in schizophrenic patients with their first episode.Methods 169 first-episode paranoid type schizophrenic patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were recruited.After 8-week mono-treatment with Risperidone,the concentrations of BS,TC and TG were detected.Results After Risperidone treatment,①blood glucose did not change(t = 1.37,P = 0.21),and no difference of change of blood glucose was found between male and female(t = 1.55,P = 0.41);②TC concentrations did not change(t = 1.02,P = 0.39) and no difference of change of TC was found between male and female(t = 1.64,P = 0.11);③TG concentrations of the total patients did not change(t = 1.28,P = 0.27).However,after the patients were divided into male and female group,there was a difference of the effect of Resperidone on male and female(t = 3.07,P = 0.02).Conclusion Risperidone has no effects on blood glucose and TC in first-episode paranoid type schizophrenic patients,while it elevates TG levels in male first-episode patients with schizophrenic.
