Load classification as a basic task in economic analysis has an important role of the research of the power system stable operation,the economic analysis and the overall planning.Fuzzy clustering method is applied to electricity sales area,using load curve characteristics for the classification of the electric power users.K-means clustering method of fuzzy clustering analysis is used to calculate the similarity of load curves,make a power company＇s72users load curve simulation using Matlab.Then as compared with the traditional classification simulation results,drawing that this proposed method is good at effectiveness and practicality of the method,which is conducive to improve the efficiency of production and operation of power system.
