风电功率爬坡是风电功率波动中最严重的情况,对电网冲击巨大。给出了风电功率爬坡的典型定义,分析了功率爬坡特性,分别介绍了当前3种功率爬坡的有限度控制策略:有限度控制框架和基于优先级的功率爬坡控制策略;基于竞争博弈的风电爬坡协同控制策略;基于预测-在线优化-反馈的有限度控制策略。文章总结了这3种有限度控制策略的优点与不足。
Wind power ramp is wind power fluctuations in the most serious cases, a huge impact on the grid. A typical definition of wind power ramp, analyzed the power ramp characteristic, introduced the current limited climbing three power control strategies: limited control framework and priority-based power ramp control strategy; based competition wind power cooperative control strategy climbing game; forecasting-limited feedback control strategy-online optimization. Finally, we summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the three limited control strategy.
