Based on an analysis of the current situation and challenges for the reservoir resettlement model,Qinshanzui reservoir resettlement model innovation,city building resettlement,background and advantages of the innovation is studied.Meanwhile,some possible restrictive requirements,such as standard of living subsidy and deadline,housing sites,social acculturation of resettlement,collective benefits management mechanism,are discussed.Countermeasures are put forward to give it further vitality.
