英文摘要：

Based on the business model innovation as the intermediary variable,the theoretical model of the relationship between entrepreneurs＇ background characteristics and technology start-ups performance is constructed.Based on the data of125 listing corporation of small and medium sized board and gem,this study uses the method of multiple regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis.The empirical results are as follows that entrepreneurs＇ degree,major and functional background all have positive effect on the performance of technology start-ups,and business model innovation plays a partial intermediary role between entrepreneurs＇ background characteristics and technology start-ups performance.
