基于资源基础论、知识基础论和知识管理思想，构建了区域环境因素、组织学习三阶段要素、智力资本和科技型企业规模之间的关系模型，通过对436位科技型企业员工的问卷调查，实证分析了区域环境因素对科技型企业规模的内在影响机理。研究结果表明，区域环境因素对科技型企业规模同时具有直接促进作用和间接促进作用，间接作用路径包括三条：一是以信息获取、智力资本为中介因素正向影响企业规模；二是以信息分发、智力资本为中介因素正向影响企业规模；三是以信息获取、信息分发、智力资本为中介因素正向影响企业规模，信息解释在间接作用路径中并没有发挥作用。

英文摘要：

In order to investigate the inherent mechanism of how regional environmental factors influence innovation enterprise scale, this study builds a relational model of regional environmental factors, three process elements of organizational leaming, intellectual capital and innovation enterprise scale on the basis of resource-based view, knowledge-based view and knowledge management thoughts. Then it makes an empirical test of the model above by conducting the questionnaire survey to 436 innovation enterprise employees. The results show that, regional environmental factors have both direct and indirect effect on the innovative enterprise scale. There are three indirect effect paths. For the first path, the mediators are information acquisition and intellectual capital. For the second path, the mediators are information distribution and intellectual capital. For the last path, the mediators are information acquisition, information distribution and intellectual capital. Information interpretation doesn＇t have any role in the indirect effect paths.
