目的:探索大鼠体外远段结肠的运动模式及其特征。方法:用时空图记录35只SD大鼠离体远段结肠的运动模式和药物干预下的神经源性和肌源性特征。结果:在大鼠远段结肠中观察到节律性运动复合波、微小波、分节运动和长距离收缩运动(LDC),LDC到达远段结肠与其他运动模式形成不同组合。河豚毒素和利多卡因阻断远段结肠LDC,改变节律性运动复合波,促进微小波活动,进而引发分节运动;继之加入的氯贝胆碱诱发长时程LDC样运动和强有力的远段结肠逆向收缩。L-硝基精氨酸可阻断LDC,改变远段结肠的运动复合波形式。结论:大鼠远段结肠参与LDC发生,尚可见节律性运动复合波、微小波、分节运动和逆向收缩。
To explore the motor patterns of distal colon and their features in rats in vitro. Methods. Spatiotemporal mapping and pharmaceutical intervention were used to investigate the motor activities of the distal colon and their neurogenic and myogenic features in 35 healthy Spra- gue Dawley rats. Results: Motor patterns like rhythmic propulsive motor complexes, ripples, segmentation, and long distance contraction (LDC) were observed in healthy rats. LDC reached the distal colon and formed various combinations with other patterns. Tetrodotoxin and lidocaine inhibited LDC, and changed motor complexes, promoted ripples and induced segmentation in dis- tal colon. L-NNA inhibited LDC and changed motor complexes. Conclusion. Distal colon has va- rious motor patterns like LDC, rhythmic motor complexes, ripples, segmentation, and retro- grade contractions in rats in vitro.
