结肠是最不被人所了解的人体器官之一,结肠动力障碍性疾病如慢性便秘普遍存在,但疗效不佳。结肠测压基于实时测量结肠腔内压力判断结肠运动规律,该技术始于20世纪80年代,但近年来结肠运动研究技术、测压方式及相关动力模式有很多进展。该文结合结肠测压的背景对结肠测压的重要研究发现及近期的进展进行综述,主要包括水灌注、固态和高清光导纤维导管以及与之相关的重要研究结果,还有与结肠动力有关的其他技术如无线动力胶囊等。
Human colon is one of the least understood organs of the body. Colonic dysmotility like chronic constipa- tion is common and lack of effective managements. Real-time luminal pressure recording-based colonic manometry has been developed since 1980s. There have many recent advances in the development of techniques, catheters and mano- metric terms of colonic motility. This review highlighted a range of recent developments and studies of human colonic manometry together with its background, including water-perfusion, solid-state and fiber-optic systems, as well as wire- less motility capsule.
