目的:研究拟黑多翅蚁醇提物、水提物抗痛风作用。方法:昆明种小鼠、Wistar大鼠各90只,设正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组及给药组(按生药量计为4,2,1 g.kg-1),ig给药,给药15 d,末次给药后,小鼠ip次黄嘌呤复制高尿酸血症模型,观察拟黑多翅蚁醇提物、水提物对高尿酸血症及正常小鼠尿酸水平的影响;大鼠足跖注射微晶型尿酸钠结晶,复制痛风性炎症模型,观察拟黑多翅蚁醇提物、水提物对痛风性炎症的影响。结果:正常对照组血清尿酸(131.09±45.78)μmol.L-1,模型组血清尿酸(198.63±47.27)μmol.L-1,与模型组比较,拟黑多翅蚁醇提物(4,2 g.kg-1)、水提物(4 g.kg-1)可以显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠的血尿酸水平(P〈0.05),对正常小鼠血尿酸水平无显著影响;拟黑多翅蚁醇提物、水提物可显著抑制微晶型尿酸钠引起大鼠足跖肿胀,致炎后1~3 h肿胀较模型组有显著降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。拟黑多翅蚁醇提物的药效略优于水提物。结论:拟黑多翅蚁有降低痛风模型血清尿酸水平及抗炎作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of Polyrhachis vicina Roger on gout. Method: Kunming mice and Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, positive control group, P. vicina low, medium and high dose groups (1, 2, 4 g ~ kg-1) , respectively. The anti-gout effects of P. vicina were studied by observing its effects on the level of blood uric acid in hyperuricacidemia mice induced by hypoxanthine and nomal mice, and rat's foot swelling induced by microcrystalline sodium urate (MSU) after 15 days treatment. Result: Compared to the level of blood uric acid in control group (131.09 +45.78) I~mol ~ L-1 and model group (198.63 +47.27) ixmol "L-1, medium (2 g "kg-1) and high dose groups (4 g "kg-1) of P. vicina alcohol extract, and high dose group (4 g "kg-~) water extract could reduce the blood uric acid in model mice, and satisfactory inhibited acute gouty arthritis, relieved rat' s foot welling in model rats induced by MSU in 3 hours. The effects of P. vicina alcohol extract on gout was better than that in water extract. Conclusion: P. vicina could inhibit the level of blood uric acid inflammation induced by MSU, which indicates that in hyperuricacidemia mice induced by hypoxanthine and P. vicina has therapeutic effect on gout.
