提出了结构化装配工艺设计中一种新的装配单元划分方法。首先从产品结构、功能和装配工艺三方面评价零件间的相关性与非相关性;其次引入直觉模糊集理论处理评价数据的主观性和模糊性,进而,采用模糊聚类方法对零部件聚类,生成装配单元预划分方案;最后通过检验装配单元干涉性,得到最优的装配单元划分方案。以某型号火箭的装配单元划分过程为例,验证了方法的有效性和实用性。
This paper proposed a new assembly unit partitioning method. Firstly, provide the evaluation of the correlation and non-correlation among parts; secondly, process the eraluated data based on the intuitive fuzzy set to avoid the subjectivity and ambiguity; Use the fuzzy cluster method to cluster the parts based on the intuitive fuzzy data and achieved the assembly unit partitioning result. A case study of a certain rocket was presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
