With the rapid development and growth of Chinese economy,its performance attracts the world＇s attention.It is an important task to explore the development path of Chinese management science and set up the Chinese school of modern management science.The paper is the result of pilot studies on engineering management.Taking aerospace engineering as case,the paper analyzes the soviet and Chinese pattern of aerospace engineering management from aerospace engineering management cases,advising to learn the experiences and lessons from management practices in order to provide the reference for large-scale engineering project management in China.
