This paper proposes that the Chinese school of modern guanli science （CSMGS）is the school formed by the modern Chinese in the process of the guanli science. It is the total of the guanli science research results of the modern Chinese scholars and exhibits the Chinese characteristic and the time characteristic. This paper proposes that CSMGS is a big platform （big stage）, a big hall for jus- tice, and a big family, which holds together all scholars who study the China＇s guanli. The Chinese pattern is the practice form of the Chinese school, and the Chinese school is the academic form of the Chinese pattern. Both of them have the clear and remarkable Chinese characteristics.
