This paper studies the Chinese characteristics of large-scale projects management by cases according with basic approaches that are making foreign things serve China, making the ancient serve the present, making the latter serve the present, and by meta-synthesis, to make further efforts to study Chinese pattern and Chinese school of engineering management. Firstly,This paper discusses some Chinese recent and ancient typical cases, and some US and USSR cases, then sums up 29 experiences with Chinese characteristics.
