针对电机定子绕组短路故障不易被诊断问题,文中推导了五相永磁同步电机发生定子绕组匝间短路故障时的参数模型,该模型用于研究匝间短路故障对电机运行物理量变化的影响。通过比较不同故障严重程度下电机运行时的计算结果,提出一种可以有效诊断出电机定子绕组匝间短路故障的方法。最后在Matlab/Simulink建立电机矢量控制仿真模型,施加6Nm负载转矩,分别实现电机单匝(1/27)、两匝(2/27)、三匝(3/27)短路,仿真结果显示,即使定子绕组只发生单匝短路,该方法也可以精确地诊断出故障。
In view of the problem of the stator winding fault, this paper provided a mathematics model for the internal stator winding fault in five phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, it used to study the impacts of winding fault on motor running physical quantities. By comparing the calculation results in different fault degrees, this paper proposed a piratical method, which can diagnose short circuit fault of the internal stator winding. In addition, build the simulation model of vector control system of PM motor in Matlab/Simulink, applying 6 nm load torque, realize single turn (1/27), two turns (2/27), three turn (3/27) short circuit. The simulation results show that the model can detect fault exactly, even a stator winding single turn short circuit.
