为扩大首钢京唐504m2带式焙烧机的原料适应性,在原有配料结构(以磁铁精矿为主)的基础上配加部分赤铁矿粉进行了实验室焙烧试验,共设计了8组配矿方案用于生产磁一赤型球团矿。结果表明:8组方案的球团矿品位均超过65.71%,平均抗压强度均达到2500N/P以上,还原膨胀率最低的达到17.43%。采用球团综合评价法得出:70%秘鲁磁铁矿粉+30%地方磁铁矿粉的配料方案为最优;当秘鲁磁铁矿配比不低于70%,地方磁铁矿配比不超过30%,两种赤铁矿配比总和不超过10%时,所生产的磁一赤型球团矿可满足超大型高炉的人炉标准,从而为大型带式焙烧机的生产配料提供了更多选择。
The primary raw materials for 504 m2 traveling grate in Shougang Jingtang to produce pellets were magnetite ores, in order to increase the raw materials adaptability of the traveling grate, the laboratory roasting test of adding hematite on the basis of existing raw material proportioning structure (mainly magnetite)was conducted, and eight groups of proportioning schemes were designed for production of magnetite-hematite pellets. The results showed that, the pellet grade in these schemes was over 65.71% and the average compressive strength of pellets was over 2500 N/P while the lowest reduction swelling rate was up to 17.43%. The proportioning scheme of 70% Peru magnetite fines with 30% local magnetite fines is the best by adopting comprehensive pellet evaluation method. When the proportion of Peru magnetite is no less than 70% ,the proportion of the local magnetite ores is no more than 30% ,and proportion sum of the two kinds of hematite ores is no more than 10% ,the produced magnetite-hematite pellets can meet the burden requirements of ultra-large blast furnace, thus more choices are provided for proportioning and production for large scale traveling grates.
