在对天钢生产中常用七种铁矿粉旧化性、液相流动性测试分析的基础上,根据矿粉高温特性互补的配矿原则提出了五组优化配矿方案,并进行烧结杯实验。结果显示:与基准配矿(当前生产)方案相比,优化配矿方案的烧结综合指标有所增加,烧结矿的转鼓强度、冶金性能也得到改善,表现为还原性提高,低温还原粉化性能变好,开始软化温度升高,软化及滴落区间变窄。基于铁矿粉高温性能的优化配矿为现场生产变料及合理采购原料提供了有力的技术支持。
Based on measurement and analysis of assimilation and liquid phase fluidity of seven kinds of commonly used i-ron ore fines in Tianjin Steel production, five groups of sintering proportioning optimization schemes were proposed according tothe complementary proportioning principle of high temperature properties of iron ores, and the sintering pot test was done. The re-suits show that, compared with the standard (existing production)proportioning scheme, the comprehensive indexes of the opti-mized proportioning scheme somewhat increase,and the tumbler strength and metallurgical properties of sinter are also improved,showing that the reducibility is increased and the low temperature reduction degradation performance is getting better, the startingsoftening temperature rises and softening and dropping zone is getting narrower. The sintering proportioning optimization based onhigh temperature properties of iron ore fines provides strong technical suppori for material change of site production and reasona-ble raw material procurement.
