受富矿资源减少、铁矿石价格上涨的影响,钢铁企业开始关注低价劣质矿的合理利用。红土镍矿价格低廉并且含有冶炼不锈钢所需的Ni和Cr,增大其在烧结混合料中的配比,不仅能降低铁水成本,还可以提升铁水价值。在高红土镍矿配比(30%左右)下烧结,烧结矿中FeO含量比较高,使得烧结矿的转鼓指数、粒度水平以及还原性均有所下降,低温还原粉化性能有所改善。
Affected by the decreasing of high-grade irons ores and the increasing price of the iron ores, the iron and steel enterprises begin to focus on the rational utilization of low-grade and low-price ores. The prices of laterite nickel ores are low and they always contain Ni and Cr which are necessary for smelting stainless steel. Increasing the proportion of laterite nickel ores in sintering mixture can not only decrease the cost of molten iron, but also increase the value of molten iron. Sintering with high laterite nickel ore proportion (around 30% ), the FeO content in sinter is relatively higher, the tumbler index, the level of granttlarity and reduction of the sinter are somewhat decreased,and the reduction degradation property of the sinter is improved.
