In this paper, we consider the multi-generator system （EmbtlTnalψl,m,n∈z,l=0,…,r-1） for ψo……,ψr-1∈L2（R） and ao,bo…ar-1,br-1〉0 With the help of the frame theory, we provide a necessary and sufficient condition for the system to be a frame for L2（R）, and present some characterizations for this system to be a Parseval frame. Moreover, we give a characterization of the relationship betweenmulti-generator Gabor frame and its associated dual. In particular, we present an explicit construction of a class of multi-generator Gabor frames and associated duals.
