采用动态培养的方法,研究了4种有机物料对铜污染黄壤中松有机结合态铜、紧有机结合态铜和有效铜在不同培养阶段的含量变化,探讨了添加有机物料对铜污染黄壤中有机结合态铜形态、含量及有效性的不同影响。结果表明,有机物料的加入均使土壤紧有机结合态铜的含量升高,泥炭和风化煤的影响强于玉米秸秆和猪粪;4种有机物料处理对黄壤松有机结合态铜含量无明显影响。4种有机物料的加入均降低了土壤外源铜的活性(迁移性)和有效性。
The effects of the different types of organic matters on the forms and bioavailability of Cu were studied in Cupolluted yellow soil by dynamic incubation experiment. The main conclusions were as follows: Four kinds of organic matters all made the content of the contents of stable organic bound Cu (SBO-Cu) increase, the effects of peat and weathering coal were stronger than pig manure and corn straw. The content of weak organic bound Cu (WBO-Cu) were affected not significantly. The Cu bioavailability was decreased by adding different organic matter in all four trials.
