利用水蒸气蒸馏法研究侧柏衰弱树树皮、木材、树叶精油对柏肤小蠹的室内引诱活性。结果表明:衰弱树树皮挥发油对柏肤小蠹雌雄成虫均有强烈的引诱作用,木材挥发油的引诱作用次之,树叶的引诱作用最弱。各部分挥发油经GC—MS测定,比较其图谱,并与生测活性比较,确定活性成分可能为罗汉柏烯、3-蒈烯、柏木-9-烯等。
Stressed Platycladus orientalis were used to study the attractive activity of the essential oils from leaves, bark and xylem to adults of Phloeosinus aubei Perris in the laboratory by water distillation. Results showed that both male and female adults were attracted by the essential oils. According to the number attracted, the essential oils can be arranged as: bark oils 〉 xylem oils 〉 leaf oils. The components of the essential oils were separated and identified by GC-MS spectrometry, and ehieidated with the standard mass spectral data. The active components are likely thujopsene, 3-earene and eedr-9-ene by eomparing the speetrum of the essential oils from leaves, bark and xylem with their attraetive aetivities in the bioassay.
