以高负荷风扇的末级静叶为研究对象,提出一种扇形叶栅实验方法,可以在不考虑动叶的情况下模拟静叶在压气机级内的进口气流条件,从而实现真实的静叶性能研究.利用数值模拟方法分析该方法的可行性,然后对静叶的气动性能展开详细研究,分析不同来流马赫数下的静叶流场参数.结果表明:本文提出的实验方法可以为静叶提供接近真实动叶出口条件的气流参数,该研究静叶的方法用于实验是可行的.对静叶的气动性能分析发现,进口马赫数变化对静叶中径附近20%~60%叶高影响较大,尤其是40%叶高处流场结构和参数受来流马赫数的影响最大.
An experimental method was put forward to obtain the inlet flow parameters of the rotor-stator blade by installing the adjustable guide vane( AGV) before the stator blade. Numerical computation was carried out to verify the experimental method as well as to analyze the aerodynamic characteristic of the stator blade. Results show that the experimental method can ensure the stator inlet flow parameter according with that in the fan stage. The design of the AGV is reasonable. Inlet flow Mach number has a great influence on the stator flow distribution from 20% span to 60% span of the blade. Especially at the 40% span,the flow structure and parameters are influenced by the Mach number significantly.
