为研究非轴对称静叶应用于风扇/压气机中提高畸变条件下工作性能和稳定性的可行性,设计一种非轴对称静叶结构,并将其应用于某单级风扇。通过对均匀进口条件下原型风扇和非轴对称风扇流场进行求解,得到两型风扇的特性曲线,并对两型风扇在设计点工况下流场进行对比分析。结果表明:非轴对称风扇效率在最高效率点附近要高于轴对称风扇,但其稳定工作范围明显小于轴对称风扇;采用非轴对称静叶会增加动叶内的非定常扰动,使工作稳定性下降;非轴对称静叶区域内的角区分离得到明显抑制,流场得到改善。
In order to study the feasibility of non-axisymmetric stator in transonic fan with distorted inlet, a non-axisymmetric stator was designed. Numerical simulations were performed to investigate the performance of axisymmetric fan and non-axi- symmetric fan with clean inlet. The performance characteristic of the fans were obtained, and the unsteady flow fields at de- sign point were compared and analyzed. Results indicate that the efficiency of non-axisymmetric fan is higher than that of axisymmetric one near the maximum efficiency point, but its stable working range is smaller than that of axlsymmetric one obviously. Unsteady destabilization in the rotor flow field increases because of the non-axisymmetric structure. While, corner separation is restrained in the stator hub and flow field is improved.
