随着计算机技术和计算方法的迅速发展,三维非定常方法已经被直接用来求解非均匀进口条件下的压气机流场。但是考虑到网格数量和计算周期等因素,计算往往以压气机前作为进口,对进口畸变形式进行简化。然而这种简化与实际压气机进口非均匀特性存在一定出入,降低了数值模拟的准确性。为了尽可能反映真实畸变形式下压气机内部流场结构,提高数值模拟的可靠性,本文利用数值模拟获得插板式畸变发生器后非均匀流场数据,并作为压气机进口条件,对某型压气机进行了全周三维非定常数值模拟工作,并尝试利用二次流线分析其内部流动。
As the rapid development of computation speed,computer memory capacity and parallel computing technique,3D unsteady numerical simulation method has already been used to solve the compressor flow field under the condition of non-uniform inlet.Although,considering element number and computing period,the cross section ahead of compressor rotor not far away is usually taken as inlet to simplify the inlet distortion form.However,the difference between such simplification and actual non-uniform characteristic of compressor inlet decreases the accuracy of numerical simulation. For reflecting inlet distortion form actually and not increasing element number of the computed field as while,firstly,the numerical simulation research is carried out aiming at non-uniform flow field structure produced by classical flat baffle distortion generator.The data from the cross-section ahead of compressor rotor is extracted and made into a profile document as the compressor inlet conditions, And try to analyze the internal flow by the secondary streamline.
