采用全流道非定常数值模拟,对不同进口总压畸变范围条件下的跨声速压气机流场进行求解,分析畸变范围对压气机性能的影响,研究了动叶内激波结构和强度与进口畸变条件的关系、静叶根部和顶部附近流场参数变化情况,以及畸变流场对静叶通流能力的影响.研究结果表明:畸变度相差不大时,随着畸变范围的扩大,压气机性能下降,扰动在动叶旋转过程中所需的衰减时间增加,受畸变流体影响的静叶流道数对应增大.
Full annulus unsteady numerical simulation was carried out to solve a transonic compressor flow field with different distorted inlet,and the influence of inlet conditions on compressor performance was analyzed.Relation among shock structure/strength in rotor and the inlet distortion conditions,and the variation of flow parameters near end walls and development of comer separation in stator,as well as the influence of distortion flow field on the flow capacity in stator were researched.Results show that the increasing of distortion range can degrade the compressor performance,raise the time of turbulence attenuation in rotor,and magnify more stator passages.
