多年来进气畸变问题一直是压气机稳定性研究的热点,但是其对压气机内部流动的影响机理仍然未能清晰。本文以某超声速压气机为对象,采用全流道三维非定常数值模拟的方法,研究进口周向总压畸变和等面积的插板总压畸变条件下压气机的性能变化。分析了不同形式总压畸变对压气机总体性能参数的影响、流道内的流动损失,并重点分析了动叶顶部流场和静叶端区流场对畸变的动态响应。研究结果表明,畸变来流对动叶流道内流场的影响主要表现为激波结构、位置和强度的变化;畸变来流对静叶流道内流场的影响主要体现在角区流动分离上。畸变来流引起静叶进口气流角周向和径向分布不均,引起流道内气流分离,且分离结构与流道相对畸变的周向位置密切相关。
The adverse impacts of inlet distortion on fan/compressor have been recognized as an important problem for several decades. But it is still a topic of considerable interest. In this paper, full annuls three dimensional unsteady numerical simulation was carried out to study a supersonic compressor with circumferential/combined total pressure distortion. Two aspects of results were analyzed in detail. Firstly, the variation of shock wave intensity and structure with inlet flow parameters was discussed. Secondly, flow parameters near end walls and development of corner separation in stator were analyzed. The intensity and range of corner separation, as well as the change of inlet velocity angle and flow capacity, were discussed in detail.
