In this paper some characterizations of left min-abel rings are given. Following results are obtained= 1） R is a left min-Abel ring if and only if the 2× 2 upper triangular matrix ring T2 （R）over R is a left min-Abel ring; 2） R is a strongly left min-Abel ring if and only if for each a∈R and e∈MEl（R）, where ｜a V e｜≤3; 3） Let I be a reduced ideal of R. If R/I is a left min-Abel ring, then so is R.
