并联振动筛具有良好的筛分效果,其研究已成为振动筛研究的热点.为便于对其进行优化控制,需对其筛分特性进行深入研究.通过考察并联振动筛的结构及其工作过程,得到了筛分特性曲线,分别用参数回归法和最小二乘法确定其特性参数,由此建立筛分模型.将理论计算结果与实验结果对照,经误差分析可知,最大误差为0.84%,平均误差为0.26%.所得模型精度高,构建方便有效.
Parallel vibration sieves have good screening effects.They have got wide attention in sieve studying.To implement the optimal control of a parallel vibration sieve,its screening characteristics should be studied in detail.Investigating the structure of a parallel vibration sieve and its work process,its screening characteristics curve was gotten and a screening model based on parametric regression method and least-square method was proposed.The theoretical calculation results were compared with the expriment results.And error analysis was performed.The maximum error gotten this way was smaller than 0.84%,and the average error gotten was smaller than 0.26%.The screening model has a high precision and is easy to be implemented.
