并联运动振动筛具有较为理想的运动轨迹和筛分效果,现已成为振动筛研究的热点领域。为便于对其进行优化控制,需对其筛分特性进行深入研究。对此给出了一种并联运动振动筛的基本结构,通过考察并联振动筛的结构及其工作过程,得到了筛分特性曲线,分析了筛分特性,运用最小二乘法确定特性参数,建立筛分模型。基于筛分模型得到了一定筛分效率和恒转速筛分条件下的转速优化结果。实验表明,所述筛分模型精度高,构建方便有效,转速优化结果满足控制要求。
Parallel vibration sieves have ideal tracks and good screening effects.Therefore,they have become the hot fields to be studied now.To implement the optimal control of a parallel vibration sieve,its screening characteristics should be studied in detail.First the basic structure was displayed and by investigating the structure of a parallel vibration sieve and its work process,the screening characteristics curve was got and the screening characteristics were analyzed.Then a screening model was proposed by determining related parameters with least square method,with which optimal motor speeds under given screening efficiency was gotten.Experiment results show that the screening model has a good accuracy,which is easy to be implemented and satisfy the control requirement for the optimal motor speeds.
