针对一类有多种不同设备的多设备串并联系统,提出了一种新的视情机会维修策略,在该策略中,设备劣化过程建模采用连续参数马尔可夫链,设备的劣化过程为全新、轻度劣化、重度劣化3个状态点;在考虑设备维修经济关系的基础上,基于设备实际劣化状态进行维修决策。以轿车发动机车间缸体生产线设备维修优化问题为背景,建立了基于eM-Plant的缸体生产线仿真模型,详细给出了该策略下基于eM—Plant的蒙特卡罗仿真算法。通过数值算例,得到了该策略下轿车发动机车间缸体生产线在有限时间区段内的平均维修费用,给出了最优的决策变量值。
A new condition--based opportunistic maintenance strategies was presented for multi-unit series and parallel system. Under this policy, degradation model of equipment were modeled using continuous -time Markov chain and the deterioration process of equipment was divided three condition: new, minimal deterioration , severe deterioration. With a consideration of maintenance eco- nomical relation of equipment, maintenance decisions were given based on deterioration states of the equipment. A eM--Plant model of cylinder production line was given on the background of car engine plant equipment maintenance optimization problem. The Monte Carlo simulation model of the equipment maintenance policy based on eM-Plant was also given in detail. By a numerical example,the average maintenance cost of cylinder production line in car engine plant in finite time zone was presented and best decision variants were given under this policy.
